Nadat Bert Bevers (1954) voor de serie Laaglandse Poëzie in het Zeeuwse literaire tijdschrift Ballustrada eerder dichters uit de provincies Antwerpen en West-Vlaanderen bloemleesde, stelt hij daarvoor nu een portfolio samen met kersvers werk van Noord-Brabantse dichters: Martijn Benders, Eddie Besselsen, Martin Beversluis, Pieter Bon, Frans August Brocatus, Wim Daniëls, Olaf Douwes Dekker, Ewoud Willem van Doorn, Maarten van den Elzen, Albert Hagenaars, Marijke Hanegraaf, Kees Hermis, Martien J.G. de Jong, Jef van Kempen, Astrid Lampe, Yvonne Né, Martijn Neggers, Esther Porcelijn, Nick J. Swarth en Carina van der Walt.

Ballustrada is een literair tijdschrift voor het Nederlandse taalgebied, ontstaan en volwassen geworden in Zeeland. Twee keer per jaar verschijnt er een uitgave van minstens 100 pagina’s. Ballustrada wil een podium bieden aan jonge schrijvers, aan minder bekende auteurs met verrassende kwaliteiten en aan een kring van bekende auteurs die zich verbonden weet met Ballustrada.
