Luisterend naar Graindelavoix

Oeroude woorden klinken van de grondtoon af

in natuurreine kwinten. Gehoorzaam galmen ze

hun langzame naam uit. Tot aan het ademteken

is van warme zucht ontdaan het zacht geweten

van de bovenklank. Hoor: honderden jaren gaan

 

gelijk de dag van gisteren door ons heen. Het lied

verheft zich balsemend. Stemmen tekenen hier

allengs helderder een onzichtbare plattegrond.

Er is geen kind dat zo gezwind de wind op kan.

Stel u open. Herken uzelf als een ei in de ochtend.
