Sara Bidaoui gedicht: Afscheid

Afscheidsgedicht Sara Bidaoui

Op zondag 28 september, tijdens de opening van ‘Boeken rond Het Paleis, droeg Sara Bidaoui (15) haar laatste gedicht voor als Kinderstadsdichter van Tilburg. Ze schreef dit afscheidsgedicht speciaal voor haar opvolgster, Pleun Andriessen, die op 29 augustus het stokje heeft overgenomen. We wensen Sara alle goeds in haar verdere schrijfloopbaan. Want ze belooft te blijven dichten, en we hopen in de toekomst nog veel meer gedichten van haar te lezen.

 

Afscheid

Heb, althans dat geloof ik,

geprobeerd de straten

ieder hun eigen naam te geven

ik las de talen, verstond deels

wat de stad me te vertellen had

 

haar op papier zetten bleek achteraf

moeilijker dan verwacht

want ze dijde uit

gonsde en bruiste

speelde en tartte

zwierde en stond niet

stil

.

.

.

Ach, nu is het tijd dat ik

mijn pen en kroon overdraag

het vangen van de stad

aan iemand anders overlaat

na seizoenen vol met

dwarrelende woorden

Pleun nu laat stoeien

met het ABC

want lieve mensen

 

ik kap ermee
