Vallend schilderij

Je had de zon van Indië nog in de ogen
de verf zat op de schildershanden
die zwarte haren blonken in de herinneringen

tussen koppig speenkruid en resten van broodjes
fietste je in vergeten stegen van de grootstad
zwalpend
het bloed in de lege benen
het hart telde dubbel zo snel af
en dreef je veel te vroeg over de eindstreep

tussen de sterren zweeft jouw oprechte glimlach
