Charles Cros: 2 Poèmes

C h a r l e s   C r o s

(1842-1888)

2  P o è m e s

Berceuse

Il y a une heure bête
Où il faut dormir.
Il y a aussi la fête
Où il faut jouir.

Mais quand tu penches la tête
Avec un soupir
Sur mon coeur, mon coeur s’arrête
Et je vais mourir…

Non ! ravi de tes mensonges,
O fille des loups,
Je m’endors noyé de songes

Entre tes genoux.
Après mon coeur que tu ronges
Que mangerons-nous ?

A tuer

Voici venir le printemps vague
Je veux être belle. Une bague
Attire à ma main ton baiser.

Aime-moi bien ! Aime-moi toute
Surtout jamais, jamais de doute.
Ta fureur ? Je vais l’apaiser.

J’ai mal fait. – Mais ne sois pas triste,
Enterre-moi sous la batiste.
Je meurs ! des coussins, des coussins !

A présent je serai bien sage
Tes bras autour de mon corsage
Et tes lèvres entre mes seins.
